summer of color

here's my last mandala inspired by the summer of color icecream choice, which was watermelon this week.....







Since I've been making the mandalas kind of backward lately, by doing the lines first, I thought I might make them into a digital coloring book or something for my etsy shop.   So they could be downloaded and people could color them in with pens, colored pencils or watercolors. Just a thought....

    Beautiful, intricate work and lovely colours. I'm sure plenty of people would snap them up - good luck if you go for it.

    Your mandalas are so amazing, I think it would be a wonderful idea to make a coloring book, I also thing they would make awesome patterns for needle workers... I don't do needle work but can you just imagine this pattern...so beautiful. I'd love a quilt made out of this pattern with a color conducive to my style... Another week you blow me away...
