This is the first time I'm joining in on this submission idea... I love these type of things and I just found this one thanks to One world One heart event going on. This is my workdesk...it's actualy my dayjob work desk but as that's the only place I really paint it's also my art desk. I don't have much time to paint at home with my son so I paint on my breaks at work, that's why I do watercolors... easy to start and stop in 15 minutes of time. So I pull my art out, paint, and then put it back in the drawer, and pull my keyboard back over to get back to work. Not ideal but at least I get to paint.
dont have so many things on my workdesk :D
ReplyDeleteFab workdesk :) Looks like a fun place to create!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to WOYWW, amazing that I'm not participating in OWOH myself,so am very happy that you found the blog!! I can't say how much I love your paintings...they're beautiful. I'm also very deeply impressed by your motivation - painting on your breaks, but at the same desk - iron slef control. It may not be ideal, but hey -it works fantastically well!
ReplyDeleteBe warned this WOYWW can become addictive - love you paintings, admire you for being able to paint in your breaks and then put it away ~ Nicky no. 9
ReplyDeleteHello Andrea, I'm really impressed that you can paint at your work desk, do you lift the phone off the hook? Got a chuckle reading your hanger :) Apparently falling frequently features in dreams and your falling ladies look as though they could be from a dream. Elizabeth x #79
ReplyDeleteBeautiful paintings. Love the colors and the 'feel' to them. Thanks for sharing.

Fabulous that you can squeeze in some crafty time at work - it would take me at least fifteen minutes to just decide what I wanted to do!

Welcome to WOYWW- it"s been a habit for some time now. I never thought of bringing my watercolors to my office- maybe I will, and have a little bit of de-stressing!
