"The Bee Queen's message"

I have been continuing with this story the crows had to tell.... 
I have the whole idea planned now,
I have written the story and named it,
i have done 5 and two halves paintings on my lunch hours in between trips to the river,
I have imagined all sorts of ideas about what i want to do with this,
like make it into a little pocket sized book,
with a bee queen doll to match and a  fabric crow and the queen's symbol necklace...
and usually...
this is about the time...


that I tend to get sidetracked with a new idea and quit....


 WIP...


Ideas like crows
are arriving in murders
yet quick to depart



I'll keep you posted if I make any more progress,,,

    It's wonderful. You have to follow your heart, wherever it leads. What comes naturally is always best. Love your art. What IS that black thing in the water?

    haaa not many people know that a "flock" of crows are called a "murder of crows" Love you paintings.

    perhaps your secret power is in being an idea person. so once the idea is hatched your creators heart plots to hatch a whole new endeavor?
    love love love your entire concept and all i see coming to life through you. can't wait to see what direction you will take!

    You know I agree with exploring every idea that comes our way. . . but I want to say that what I have also come to make peace with is that sometimes in our souls there is a recognition that some of our ideas are bigger than us and that their completion, when we push ourselves into it, is the selfless gift to the world we are called to offer up. I can't say if this is one of those, of course, but I DO have a strong pull to it (bees!) that says, THIS is an idea that the world could share in if it were brought to that ultimate conclusion. :)

    As it is,this is an astoundingly lovely idea and what you have explored so far is just completely resonant in my heart. Looking eagerly forward to whatever comes next. . .

    I had to peek back to see these earlier Bee Queen pics - I agree with Nicholas, it would be so lovely if this story does find its way into a little book (or more) ... I can picture several options - the 'whole package' as you mentioned, & the individual parts - story booklet, doll, necklace ...
    I also look forward to the progression!
