I love white on white, and decided to stay with white gel pen on these white bits of ocean glass....I think they would look good in a little white tea cup on someone's desk or in bird's nest or a little bowl crafted by tiny hands of paper clay....
This last one is drawn on a pottery shard, it's about 2 inches across.
They're listed in my etsy shop if anyone is interested.

ReplyDelete& i must say
if you ever get to Nice, France
you will be
overcome with opportunity !!
i could barely
eat
from collecting white rocks
on the shore
& i sat Right There
& drew
& you would have been
in ~~Smooth White Stone Heaven ~~
seriously,
i left some here & there
that i painted
but
i only had black ink ...
Next Time I Go There
:-)
i am taking white ink
& a Larger Suitcase
so i might bring more home ...
anyway,
yes
yes, i would be remiss
if i did not encourage you to Drop Everything
& hop a plane
to Nice
for the smooth white stones
alone ...
let me know
if you make plans
as i have Free Travel Tips ... }}

I love them! ;-) What materials do you use? Just white gel pen or some acrylic paint?
ReplyDeleteJust white gel pen... Or sometimes acrylic ink with a liner brush....
DeleteThese are lovely! The white on white looks so delicate. :)
